Selection of electrode is important in order to match the furnace condition and thus give the best optimum electrode consumption (KG/Ton and KG/ Kwh). Of which, current capacity of transformer, the length of electrode under the holder, furnace diameter and electrode diameter are the factors that must be considered.

We supply UHP grade from diameter 16″ to 28″. It is made of high quality needle cokes while technology is originated from Japan. We also supply HP grade from diameter 12″ to 16″, originated from China. Customer reference list shall be provided upon request
